2- Please provide images of all parts above before or after making the purchase. I will confirm whether or not, the pump will work again.
How does the warranty work and what is it covered?
- After Buyer purchases the warranty, Buyer has 4 days to send pictures of the magnet axel, rubbers, shaft and the hole where the magnet goes inside the pump for my inspection. If not, the transaction will be cancelled on the 5th day.
- 1 Free replacement within 30 days after the item is delivered.
- If you decide not to buy the warranty, items will be shipped out and any defect will not be covered. Therefore, no return, no refund.
