Both Haptic units are being sold for parts or repairs, coming from a large office environment.
Before placing haptic units for sale this is what we observed;
Both Haptic units were plugged to AC adapter, after, blue light blinks, (on/off 8 times) in inkwell on both, no further testing done.
One Unit has banana phono connectors attached to external cable of haptic which is attached to unit, stylus pen is not complete.
One Unit has a cable attached to the external of haptic, stylus pen is not complete.
