    Booklet is complete and in good condition, it is taped to some degree on each page but you'll have tape holding you together when you get this old.  The binding is actually still good and none of the pages are loose.  The inside pages look good and are still easy to read.  These old booklets are getting hard to find.  Message me with any questions, thanks for looking!  Combined shipping available.
