Lionel/MTH 400E Standard Gauge ProtoSound Assembly Parts w/Smoker & More, Parts came off an early MTH 400E Blue Comet that was almost new when it came to me, but the frame of locomotive had crumbled from metal fatigue. You get everything shown in photos. I believe that everything is hear for the hookup with the exception of the battery. I have not tested anything, nor do I know how to.
