This was sold separately to people who wanted there 385T tender to whistle so the dealer sold this pack to them. Here is a nice matching 1936 tape boxes for the 385W whistling tender. Comes with the 66 whistle controller in the box. Very tough to find with matching tape and in excellent condition. Other end is open to, the only way to get the tender box out
