Please review my customer comments. They have been well pleased so join their ranks!! Thanks for your interest! If there were only one phrase I could distill from my restoration experience, it would be "
Reputation is Everything
". I know from personal experience what it is like to spend hard-earned money on something over the Internet only to be disappointed. My main goal for this site is to have satisfied customers who will come back in the future to add to their collections without hesitation. I have made a commitment to represent every item with a thorough description and detailed photographs.
Want to share a recent customer's message to me: I received the 2035 and 6466W this afternoon. You said WOW....and the units are much more than a WOW. THESE ARE THE TWO MOST BEAUTIFUL I OWN THANKS TO YOU AND YOUR WORKMANSHIP. I WANT TO TELL THE TRAIN WORLD OUT THERE OF THE THRILL YOU HAVE GIVEN ME. I never would have dreamed I found you and the memories you have brought back to us. I will be in touch for future purchases and will look no further than you. Happy New Year. (Very TOUCHING INDEED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
Another UNSOLICITED note from a noncustomer 7/21/19:
Hello - I don't need a 2426W but I wanted to tell you I am so impressed with your work, the frame is beautiful and the whistle die casting is so very bright. I have repaired since 1971 . I knew a furniture restorer who did work like yours, he would work with Q tips for an hour on an area the size of two postage stamps. I wish I knew what chemicals he used . My hat is off to your work. People don't understand how much time and talent work like this takes, and that effort costs money. You do masterful work.
