    decal, no outline and no background.  Perfect for gas tank, helmet etc.
    The picture shown here is an actual decal.
    After manufacture there is a matte finish clear vinyl transfer tape applied to it for protection during shipping and assists in decal registration and ease of application.
    This transfer tape is easily removed after application.
    If the sticker is to be used on a motorcycle tank it may be cleared over with urethane clear.
