    Howard 2" gauge trolley in original condition, missing motor and powered wheels. Comes with its original non-powered axle and wheels. Slightly smaller painted Lionel wheels are standing in for originals for the shelf. Similar to Carlisle and Finch, Voltamp, Knapp etc.
