    We find that most printer returns are due to user inexperience / impatience / frustration.
    The majority of these printers were unpacked, used, and repacked by the customer (so it is typical to find some parts floating loosely in the box). We are designating all returned printers, no matter what the actual condition, as

    The original purchaser is required to return the printer with all of the original parts, however, there is a chance that some of the lesser parts may be missing. And because the printer is being sold as not working, there is no promise that the parts included are working.
