....My youngest son has had excessive ear wax drainage since he was just 5 weeks old. While sleeping on my lap I noticed what looked like a black hole in the entrance of his ear. Carefully, using a Bobby-pin, & ear wax removal drops I was able to remove what appeared to be a foreign object. To my surprise it was a big semi hard clump of old built up wax almost black. As time went by,& he got older, I noticed when he didn't hear us speak I would check his ears and it would be clogged again. It didn't matter how much water you got in his ears during a bath. Worked like a charm. I'm a caregiver and this has helped me tremendously for my loved one.The stainless steel can be a bit cool to the touch on the inner part of the ear so maybe consider warming the cleaning tools up a bit with some warm water prior to using them.
