This simple Dual Z Sync Mod simply keeps both Z axis lead screws in sync, removing the need to sync them each time you power off or bump your printer.
This is a very easy mod to install.
Installation
:
-Remove both upper lead screw bearing carriers (two allen bolts each)
-Slide a pulley onto each lead screw (leave pulley set screws loose)
-Connect each pulley via the belt
-Reinstall both bearing carriers
-Use the tool included with the printer to square up the gantry (Z height)
-Tighten pulley set screws
