American Flyer 300 Steam Locomotive

Description

Nice American Flyer 300 locomotive.
When tested ran forward and reverse, and headlight worked.
This model does not have the choo-choo or smoke mechanism.
Note that the cow catcher has both steps!
Plastic boiler has metal bell and whistle.
Boiler screw posts good condition.
Missing side rods, cross heads, and connecting rods, all available online.
I can supply part #s for these items if requested.
One drive wheel screw post missing, threads may be stripped.
Lettering on both the loco and tender good.
Small amount of rust here and there on the sheet metal tender and trucks, with link coupler.
Though this loco ran when I tested it, being 69 years old I must sell as is.

Will be shipped in a box 22 inches long. If this creates a problem please contact me before purchasing.
