Returns
TennisRacquets.com wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from your purchase date to return your item. Returned items will receive a full refund, less any shipping costs. Refunds can take up to 7 business to be completed.
PLEASE NOTE:
All items must be returned in their original condition. We cannot accept used or worn merchandise. This means that items should be unused, unworn, unwashed, free of any stains, tears, scuffs or smells (i.e. smoke or pet hair). Items must be returned in the original packaging with any/all manufacturer tags and accessories.
How To Complete Your Return:
1. Choose any carrier to ship your product back to us.
2. Include your Order Number on the outside of the package. (order number can be found on the paperwork included with the original shipment). You may include a copy of the paperwork in your return shipment.
