Why are surfactants at the heart of the A-CERUMEN formula?

arious surfactants can be found in everyday life, such as ingredients in soap, shampoos and some foodstuffs. What is a surfactant? A surfactant disperses fatty substances. It modifies the surface tension between two surfaces (i.e. the tension which exists on the surface separating two environments). It prevents dirt from attaching onto a surface.
Cerumen consists of between 20% and 50% lipids (fatty substances), depending on the individual. Given the fatty, waxy consistency of an earwax plug, it appears obvious to use the recognised properties of surfactants.

Description:
Gilbert A-CERUMEN Ear Hygiene 40ml is a gentle solution for the ear hygiene with a basis of surfactant agents from botanical origin, suitable for the whole family. This 2-in-1 solution, efficient, gentle and safe, allows to treat the cerumen impactions but also to prevent their formation. Non irritant and easy to use, it is suitable for babies over 6 months. Preservative-free.
Instruction:
Use the spray regularly (2 times a week). If you have a cerumen impaction, use it 3-4 consecutive days, morning and evening. Children over 6 months.
Indication:
To dissolve cerumen impactions and prevent their formation.
