    Every slab is brand new and crystal clear.
    They are unsealed PSA style graded card slabs.
    you will need a bonding agent, acrylic glue or an ultrasonic welder to seal them.
    Each slab comes individually wrapped in plastic.
    This is an opportunity for small dealers to create a unique header label and brand their own product for resale or
