Description
This 23 page booklet is in very good condition, especially for its age.  No writing, no torn, creased or missing pages. Minimal shelf wear.
Whenever possible, I do combine shipping. To qualify for multiple item shipping discounts you must place each item in your shopping cart. Click buy but before paying request and receive a final invoice which will have the combined shipping then you can pay for everything with one payment.
